- Only questions pertaining to the TUT Libraries will be addressed.

- To aid you in finding a particular item: the responses are organized according to the specific Library to which it applies.
- There are relocation of courses, but the library books are not relocated. The issue is still a problem for Electrical Engineering students ... Can something be done?

Clients will be informed regarding any developments.
- Library should have latest edition books, especially in Financial Accounting and Taxation.
- Please contact your information librarian, Mr. Willy Seshoka with information on specific book titles that
you have in mind; he will assist you in this regard.
- The library must be open on Sundays for students who are writing examinations on a Monday.

- Please do something about the Media Center on the Ga-Rankuwa Campus - it is not viable as the one on the Pretoria Campus. Maybe you should have somebody with more knowledge in that section.
- We are always open to suggestions on how to improve our service - we will appreciate
it if you could be more specific regarding your last statement.
- The security staff in the library is invading our space. We know that we must not be loud, but sometimes we need to support each other for the purpose of group work and they are always in our faces. Please tell them to interfere when necessary.
- The presence of visible security staff in the library and anywhere else on TUT learning sites, is for the benefit
of all TUT students and staff members. There are group discussion rooms in the Ga-Rankuwa Library. These
can be reserved/booked by students who need to conduct discussions.
Contact Mr. Jeffrey Luvhimbi on the first floor for assistance. - I suggest that from next week the library should close at 19:00. We do not get enough time to study if the library closes at 16:00.
- This has been taken care of by Library Management - as you might be aware all TUT Libraries
are now open from 08:00 to 22:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and from 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays.
- I kindly request that the library should close at 20:00, just like last year.
- Please refer to the abovementioned response.
