- Interlending
- The ILL service is intended to enable users to gain maximum access to the information sources
available in other libraries and information centres. - This service is only available to University staff and postgraduate students
- The loan period of publications obtained via the interlending scheme have to be strictly adhered to
as the Library has to return these items to the library from which it was borrowed - Publications obtained via the interlending scheme should be handled with the same care as the
library's own publications - All library rules are also applicable to this service

- The ILL service is intended to enable users to gain maximum access to the information sources
- Electronic Resource Centre (ERC) / Media Centre
- This unit contains audiovisual material and equipment that
can be used to supplement teaching,
learning and research programs. In this unit clients are able to access Internet , fax, type, save

- Discussion Rooms
- This facility is available to library clients and bookings are done at the Public Access Area
- Photocopying
- Photocopying machines are available for use by library clients
- Open Shelf
- This collection comprises of books that may be borrowed for use outside the library. The loan
period depends on the borrower category. The collection is located on the first floor and ground
floor of the library. - Short Loan
- The collection is made up of items that have been reserved by lecturers because of heavy
demand.
The collection comprises of prescribed or recommended books, lecturers' personal copies,
photocopied material or past examination papers and handouts. - Reference
- This is a collection of sources of information that is meant to be used as quick reference like
dictionaries as well as for more in-depth reference, for example, encyclopaedias, atlases,
bibliographies, etc. - Audio-Visual
- This collection include cassettes, audio cassettes and CD ROMs and  it is housed in the
Media Centre. - Continuing Resources
- This collection consists of the printed journals and newspapers to which the library subscribes.
It is housed in the Periodical Section and usage thereof is subjected to the regulations of the section. - Contact Detail:
